Greater Bay Area Dynamic Growth Holding Limited ("GBA Dynamic”) is a company incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability and the shares of which are listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (stock code: 1189) since 6 October 1997. GBA Dynamic is an investment holding company. Its subsidiaries are principally engaged in hotel operations in  the People's Republic of China (the "PRC") and trading of securities.

GBA Dynamic, through its subsidiaries, operates two "Rosedale" branded 4-star rated hotels in the PRC namely, Rosedale Hotel & Suites, Guangzhou and Rosedale Hotel Shenyang.
